3. Account Registration: By registering an account with Forby & Strom, you gain access to exclusive features, including Order History and Address Book. Your provided information is used to enhance your experience and keep you informed about our products and services.

4. Placing an Order: To place an order, users must create an account and confirm their purchase through our secure checkout process. Orders become legally binding upon our acceptance, indicated by the issuance of an Order Confirmation Email.

5. Pricing and Payment: Prices displayed on our website are subject to change. In the event of a pricing error, we will rectify it and notify you before payment. We accept major credit/debit cards and process payments securely through our payment gateway provider, PayTabs.

• Custom Watches & Parts (Forby & Strom): Come with a no warranty covering mechanical parts and custom diamond setting. 
   

• Custom Watches (Client-Supplied): Offer no warranty on diamond setting only. Alterations may affect water resistance. While in our care, we are liable for loss and theft.
